My mission is to provide every client with clear, factual, and unbiased insights into the property they are considering, empowering them to make confident and well-informed decisions. I am a graduate of the comprehensive Home Inspection Training Program from Fanshawe College and Carson Dunlop Engineers. This program, paired with years of inspection experience, has given me a thorough understanding of all aspects of home inspection, including structural integrity, roofing, plumbing, electrical systems, heating and air conditioning, as well as detailed interior and exterior assessments. To stay current with the ever-evolving home building and renovation industry, I regularly attend professional seminars, technical training sessions, and continuing education programs.

Before joining Inspect Tech, I built an extensive career in management and critical analysis for large-scale manufacturing and technology companies. In these roles, I developed strong skills in problem-solving, process evaluation, risk assessment, and operational efficiency—expertise that now allows me to approach each property inspection with a strategic, detail-oriented perspective. My background in managing complex systems and high-stakes operations has given me a unique ability to identify potential issues early, understand their impact, and clearly communicate practical solutions to clients.
